We're applying that methodology to legal. Same sourcing discipline, same evaluation framework, different domain.
We also run a Talent Partner Program, a pipeline model that helps firms connect to the candidate market. We map competitor talent and maintain it in a live, custom portal. Over time, it becomes a reusable asset, so when a role opens, you’re moving from signal, not starting from scratch.
